1Continuous Vein Flow (Vein Matching)
In waterfall island configurations, surface patterns must transition seamlessly from the horizontal plane downward to the floor. We utilize 5-axis CNC bridge saws to cut exact 45-degree miters, bonded with color-matched UV-stable titanium epoxies for an imperceptible joint.
2Micro-Bevel Edge Profiling
Cutout edges are waterjet-cut and polished with a subtle 1–2mm micro-bevel to eliminate chipping risks caused by heavy culinary cookware impact.
3Mechanical Undermount Anchoring
Beyond anti-microbial neutral silicone seals, sinks are mechanically anchored with heavy-duty structural steel brackets to eliminate long-term sagging.
